Town Center
The Town Center is 21 acres comprised of the city's Performing Arts and Events Center along with retail, office and housing. The Town Center is estimated to be a $125 to $150 million project.

Performing Arts and Events Center
The Performing Arts and Events Center will provide a much-needed community cultural venue to accommodate the performing arts, conferences, seminars, events, nonprofit and community meetings, with a central location in the downtown core.

Repurposing of Weyerhaeuser Corporate Headquarters
In 2014, the Weyerhaeuser Corporation announced their departure from Federal Way and the subsequent selling of their 430 acre headquarter campus.  In 2016, it was sold to the Industrial Realty Group based in Los Angeles.   The following report illustrates the zoning and land use of the campus.
